All orders from the United States and other parts of the world will be shipped via the available local logistics at the place of purchase. The delivery time will depend on customs clearance and is estimated to be 5 to 7 working days (it may take up to 10 working days during peak seasons). After the package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so that you can track the status of your package. In case of exceptions due to certain regions and customs regulations, we will notify you, and you don't need to handle it further. At that time, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

Customers are responsible for paying the import taxes levied by the local customs. The product prices do not include any taxes. Since these fees are directly levied by the destination country/region, we cannot calculate the exact amount of taxes that your order will incur. Orders received after 08:00 Singapore Standard Time will be processed the next day. All orders will be shipped on the next working day.

For all returns and exchanges, customers must contact our customer service via email within 30 working days from the date of receiving the goods and before sending back the returned package. Otherwise, the return application may be rejected. Please provide your order number and watch model and wait for the return process.

For customers who need to adjust the bracelet size, we offer a free re - stringing/size adjustment service. If you cannot come in person, please send an email via WhatsApp to +852 5275 3617, stating your address, order number, and name. We will send a courier to pick up the bracelet for adjustment and send it back by courier. We do not offer refunds for size errors, so please confirm the size before purchasing. Note: An additional $15 service fee will be charged for the courier service.

For international customers who need to adjust the bracelet size, we will provide extra beads in case the bracelet is too small, and you can easily adjust the size at a local store. If you wish to send the bracelet back to us for size adjustment, you can also send it back at your own expense. You can send the bracelet to our office. Please add our customer service on WhatsApp, and we will provide you with the address of the Zeno Aura warehouse in that area. We do not offer refunds for size errors, so please confirm the size before purchasing. Note: Outside of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, an additional $35 service fee will be charged for overseas courier services.

Refunds and returns are only accepted in the form of store credit. We are very happy to meet your requirements if they meet the following conditions: The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact and accompanied by the purchase receipt. The product must not be adjusted in size in any way, including adding or removing beads. The product must not be customized by us or externally. The product must not be altered, repaired, or fixed by anyone other than Zeno Aura.

Our sizes are made according to your offline order. The calculation is based on your wrist size. Please do not provide the external size of the bracelet.

If the bracelet you purchased does not fit, we will adjust the size for free. The adjustment work will be carried out in our office. If you cannot come in person, you can send it to us by courier. The round - trip courier fees are borne by the customer.

We have a 30 - day free exchange policy for your peace of mind. Just send your goods to our office or visit us in person at your own expense. No refund will be given.

Zeno Aura reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that we consider may violate the return and exchange policy or are in poor return condition. Products that do not meet the return and exchange conditions will not be returned to the sender, and no store credit will be obtained. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited. Since we have a non - refund policy, all orders are final and can only be exchanged for store credit for future purchases.
